"Horrible . Why is customer waiting time soooooo short?? I mean, seriously ? When I'm cooking steak for someone , the other person who was waiting , gets angry and leaves in seconds, i mean, atleast keep 20 seconds for customer waiting time, but no! In just 5 seconds , customers leave ....woooow . And second thing, why does it take sooo long to cook the other things ? Because of this , I'm not able to cross more than level 31...just think I'm stuck there. Please increase the customer waiting time alot more , then I'm satisfied .....THANK U:-)"

"Zero stars!!! The customer wait time is way too short. Work on increasing the customer wait time and provide players a fair amount of time to prepare food. Also it's extremely difficult and take plenty of time when you have to drag food to the plate and also customer. Dragging the items takes away preparing time."
